Jeff is a Professor at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Jeff’s research and writing focuses on innovation strategy and competency, creativity practices and communities, and leadership development. He is an author of many books and articles and is frequently asked for his opinions on contemporary business matters by Business Week, US News and World Report and the Wall Street Journal, to name a few.
Jeff has consulted with dozens of the world’s most prominent firms and has developed a broad array of widely used innovation methodologies and tools. He runs a leading innovation center, Innovatrium, and serves as an advisor to think tanks and governments. He has worked all over the world and in most industry and market segments.
